About

A certified Master Nutrition Therapist from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Colorado, I trained in a rigorous program that focuses on functional and holistic nutrition — combining the best of Eastern and Western nutrition sciences. Prior to completing my studies, I was certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, worked as a Wellness Coordinator for an established nutritionist in Marin, and worked in a Functional Medical Center. I currently live in San Rafael, California with my husband, dog and 2 teenagers.

One-On-One Coaching

I am dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health through one-on-one coaching by learning each person’s specific needs and then providing highly personalized guided plans.

Disease often begins 8-10 years before symptoms appear, therefore I focus on restorative and preventative opportunities enabling clients to maximize their health and reach the goals that matter most to them.

Whether it is a 30-day intensive program or a slow layering of new habits to replace negative ones, I work at the client’s pace and provide the tools they need.

I work with all ages and genders. My client base includes many women working through the unique challenges of midlife, including metabolic and hormonal shifts, digestive issues, sleep disturbances and weight management. I also help men working on weight management while building and maintaining muscle mass. I guide teenagers on reaching their individual health goals, using a body-positive, health maximization approach.

I envision a world where people have access to diet and lifestyle changes that will allow them to feel their healthiest, fight disease and enable them to live to their fullest potential.
